cost-effective alternative to pop
rivets, double-sided tape or
adhesives. ASD metal services can supply pre-railed sign blanks using the Bollhoff Flush riveting system. A variety of substrates can be processed in this way & include Aluminium, ASD Composite, Plastisol, Dibond Traffic and MP GRP.

Pre-Railed Panels ASD metal services can supply single piece pre-railed panels to customers’ specific requirements up to 1525mm (5ft) high & 3050mm (10ft) long. Larger sign panels can be made up of modular sections where inter-locking rails are used to achieve a strong & robust assembly.
